General Transportation Questions

The express bus provides safe, on time, fast and reliable JFK and LGA Transportation at fraction of the price of a taxi. We provide Express bus Airport transportation 7 days a week.

Look for Golden Touch Transportation Podium in the Ground Transportation Welcome Center, outside of Baggage Claim.
JFK – Terminals 1,  4 & 8. For all other terminals, use the free JFK monorail to terminals 1, 4 or 8.
LGA- Terminal B, Cm D. All other terminals, please walk to terminal B, C or D.

Travel times will vary depending on NYC Traffic, the time of day and day of week, as well as, events and activities impacting the traveled routes. On average the travel time is 90 minutes. Please take into account, arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure for international flights. We are NOT responsible for late arrivals or departures.

Golden Touch provides scheduled services to Newark Airport from either JFK Airport and LaGuardia Airport. A Bus transfer at Grand Central Terminal is required to our partner Newark Airport Express’ Bus (yellow and blue bus). Travel times will vary depending on time of day and day of week, as well as, events and activities impacting the travel routes. On average the travel time is 3 hours. We are NOT responsible for late arrivals or departures.

Our bus service does not provide service outside of Manhattan. For tri-state service (NYC, NJ, CT), we offer private car services.

Golden Touch Transportation offers private luxury sedan service, SUVs, Mercedes Sprinters, and coach bus services are available throughout the State of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Please feel free to book on our site!

Customer Care

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a safe, professional, dependable and economical service solution. Our buses depart to or from LGA, JFK, Grand Central Terminal and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Our customers are encouraged to allow ample travel time for traffic and weather conditions, as well as, check-in delays at the airports in order to arrive on time for your flight. We do not provide specific pick-up times based upon flight departure time, please check with your airline.

Yes. Please fill out this form asap Unfortunately, with a daily volume of several thousand passengers in a city this dense, we cannot guarantee it has not been picked up by another person before the driver was made aware of it.

Pricing

Our pricing is dependent on your origination point, whether you are heading to or from the airport, and which airport you are traveling to or from. For detailed pricing, please see our Home Page. Children age 3 and under ride free.

Each Express bus purchased ticket allows for up to two (2) suitcases and one carry-on. The purchase of an additional regular priced ticket is required for each additional piece of luggage.

Children, Pets and Special Needs

Pets are prohibited EXCEPT for service animals. For more information on the Americans with Disabilities Act, please click here.

Our vehicles are not ADA accessible.

We do not provide car or booster seats and cannot provide a guarantee that each bus will be properly equipped to secure your child’s car seat. For more information regarding New York City laws on child safety seats and safety restraints, please visit the NYCDOT site by clicking here.

Using Our Service

The NYC Express shuttle bus service operates from 11:00 A.M. – 7 P.M. Daily – 365 Days a year. Shuttle bus departures are dependent on traffic. See schedule on the main menu of the site for exact bus stop schedules.

JFK International & LaGuardia Airports

Newark Airport – We offer a convenient transfer to or from our bus to the Newark Airport Express bus to Liberty Airport at Grand Central in Manhattan

No- The bus follows a strict timetable depending on traffic between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 7 P.M.

Private Car Service- Yes, we offer meet and greet services as well.

Look for the Golden Touch Transportation Podium at the Ground Transportation Welcome Center of Terminals 1, 4 & 8 only. All other terminals, please use the free monorail at JFK to reach terminal 1, 4 or 8.

Yes, you may board the GOLDEN TOUCH NYC Express Bus at JFK Airport or LaGuardia Airport and transfer at Grand Central to the Newark Airport Express bus. The cost is $29 for both bus tickets on our site.

From JFK Airport, The NYC Express bus stops at Grand Central Terminal and Times Square (42nd st btwn 5th & 6th ave).

From LGA Airport, The NYC Express bus stops at Grand Central Terminal and Times Square (42nd st btwn 5th & 6th ave).

Once our NYC Express Bus drops off at Grand Central & Times Square  from 11am-7pm, you can walk, take the subway, taxi or private car service to the hotel. 

Alternatively, our bus stops are conveniently located within walking distance of many midtown and Times Square hotels. Please ask our online chat representative or email us for more information and directions.

NYC Express Bus- No, you must go to our Grand Central bus stop for service back to JFK or LGA.

Private Car service – YES, anywhere, any time, any size group

For the NYC Express Bus – We allow two suitcases and one carry-on bag. An additional regular fare ticket will have to be purchased for other items that are not considered a suitcase such as bicycles, skis, large music instruments (e.g.: cello, tuba).

Not typically, unless they are handling your bag.
Our passengers often ask about tipping; quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 18 – 20%.
