Accessible Service

The NYC Airporter Express Buses were built in 2011 and are ADA Accessible and can accommodate up to two wheelchair passengers per vehicle. At NYC Airporter, we do not discriminate against individuals with disabilities while providing our services.

Service Animal

Pets are prohibited EXCEPT for service animals. While making a reservation, please specify if a service animal will accompany the customer.

Child Car Seat

We do not provide car or booster seats and cannot provide a guarantee that each bus will be properly equipped to secure your child’s car seat.
